LeRoy L. Plante age 44 of Lonsdale passed away peacefully at his home on the morning of Dec. 24, 2009. LeRoy was born in Milwaukee, Wis., on Aug. 21, 1965 and graduated from De La Salle High School in Minneapolis, Minn. He married Connie on Sept. 10, 1998, in Lonsdale, Minn. He loved to dance and enjoyed NASCAR and professional wrestling. He is preceded in death by his father, LaVerne and brother Wayne. He is survived by his loving wife Connie; mother, Marion Stangl and her husband Marvin; sisters, Ann (Steve) Kerska and Debbie (Charlie) Poser; niece and godchild, Kelly (Robbie) Becker and their children, Katelyn, Kaylee & Austin; nephews, Scott Poser and Michael Poser and his daughter Lily, nephew, Jason (Rachel) Kerska and their children Hunter and Alyssa; sister-in-law, Sue Voegele; niece, Dani (B.J.) Erickson and their children Tatum & Cole; and nephew, Corey (Kevira) Voegele. Memorial Mass was held 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lonsdale, Minn. A gathering of friends and family was held one hour prior to the Mass at church. Arrangements by White Funeral Home, Lonsdale.
